Different people will give very different answers to that question. Even coaches don't often share the same view of what coaching is and what it can offer. It can apply to many areas of life and different activities, not just fitness or sports.
So let me give you an idea of what I think...
My coaching won't be me telling you what's ''healthy'' and what's not. Yes, if there's information that could help you make positive choices around your health, I'll be happy to share it! But whether you want to eat more healthily, lose or gain weight, move your body more, have better sex and relationships, reduce stress, or whatever else might be your goals, what is good for one person might not work for someone else. So let's make our sessions about what works best for you.
What I mean by this, is that we will partner together to explore how to build your confidence and skills to achieve your goals. I'll likely (but very gently) ask you a lot of questions, but, much more importantly, I will listen to you, and guide you to figure things out as we go along. Making changes to any behaviour, whether it's about exercise, food, alcohol, sex, relationships, or whatever else is important to you right now, is a journey, and I'll be there with you on yours.
Ok, maybe not everything. But the person who knows what's best for you is you. Sometimes though, talking to someone else helps us focus our thoughts and sift through the mounds of information in our head, so that we can be clearer on where we want to be, and the steps we can take to get there.
And that's where a personal coach like me can help. :)

Of course, anyone who wants support and motivation to build confidence and make positive changes in their life will benefit from my coaching.
Although my background is in the area of health, my training is broader and I can support you with a range of life decisions with which you might be struggling. That's where the "wellbeing" comes into play! It can be about your job or career path, relationships, life transitions, and more.
