Fees for sessions must be paid at time of booking or no later than 48 hours after the issuing of an invoice if pre-arranged. Payment is by bank transfer as outlined on invoice. Other forms of payment may be offered in future. Fees for multi-session packages must be paid in full prior to booking the first appointment, in order to take advantage of the per-session discounted rates. Otherwise, prices for non-package individual sessions will apply.
Fees for any and all services are strictly non-refundable. In the event you need to re-arrange or cancel a session, this is possible to do online, or by contacting me directly, at least 48 hours prior to your session. No changes are possible after this deadline, sorry. 'No-shows' for appointment without proper advance notice will result in forfeiting the session with no re-scheduling permitted and no refund provided.
Coaching services will be provided upon agreement and signature by Coach and Client of a ''Coaching Agreement'' outlining terms of the length and nature of the coaching services. In cases of a dispute around the contract agreement and related matters regarding the provision of services, the laws and courts of the ''defending'' party shall prevail, unless otherwise agreed by both parties, or unless otherwise stipulated by UK or international laws. Where the parties both reside in the UK, the parties shall make every effort to agree on a commonly available Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) process and/or platform.
Acceptance of a quote and/or payment of invoice or service fees constitutes agreement with these Terms and Conditions, the "Coaching Agreement'', and all terms and conditions outlined on said quotes and invoices.
