Virtual coaching

I can work with you, one-on-one, to improve your confidence to make the changes you want to make, in the way that you want to make them. It can be a one-off session or a longer coaching partnership, all based on what you feel fits best for you. I have worked in the area of health and wellbeing for over 20 years, and am trained as a Certified Coaching Professional with an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited programme. My philosophy will always be to work with what you want to achieve, however small or large your aspirations.
