What I offer

Whether you know the kind of support you need, or are just considering options, I would be happy to have a chat with you to explore how I can help. Book a 30-minute discovery session as a ''taster'' and if you decide to move ahead with a 6-month coaching package, the cost of the discovery session (€50) will be deducted from the package fee.

My one-to-one coaching sessions are up to 60 minutes each, and are designed to focus on what YOU want to achieve, whether that's a little or a lot. We will develop a coaching partnership where I can gently help guide you to decide what is best for your own health and wellbeing, and how to achieve it.

If we decide together that a series of regular coaching sessions is best for you, we can discuss a package that meets your coaching needs. Packages are available in 1, 3, or 6 month offerings, with sessions every 1 to 2 weeks. Flexible arrangements are available so let's have a chat. :)

My coaching packages include some support in between sessions, at no extra cost. How often and in what ways this support can be offered will be agreed early on in our coaching partnership. I'll also help refer you to other health professionals or wellbeing practitioners if we agree that it's the best step for you.
